We were proud to work alongside our municipal partners—the City of Fort Saskatchewan, Lamont County, Sturgeon County, and Strathcona County—to deliver the Industrial Heartland Career Forum earlier this year.

The event brought together more than 500 participants to explore in-demand career opportunities, helping to strengthen Alberta's Industrial Heartland workforce and address critical labour market needs.

Now, we are honoured that this collaborative effort has been recognized with the 2025 Minister's Award for Municipal and Public Library Excellence in the Partnership Category.
